Questions about privacy
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we provide the following information about the processing of your personal data.
Who is responsible for the processing of your data?
THE OWNER. Our identity, tax ID, registered address and contact details appear in the legal notice of this website.
What data do we process?
Only what you provide when writing to us through the contact form: your name and surname, email address, telephone number if you choose to give it, and the content of your message. The fields marked with an asterisk are those strictly needed in order to reply to you.
In addition, as on any website, our server records technical connection data, including the IP address from which the site is accessed. This data is used solely to maintain the security and proper operation of the website.
We neither request nor process special categories of data, and we carry out no profiling or automated decision-making concerning users.
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
- To answer the enquiries, quotation requests or information requests you send us, and to maintain the contact needed to do so.
- If you tick the relevant box, to send you information about our activities, services and products. Ticking it is optional and does not affect our reply to your enquiry.
- To prevent abusive use of the form and automated submissions, and to keep the website secure.
What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?
- To answer your enquiry: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where the enquiry concerns the possible engagement of our services, the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To send commercial communications: your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
- For website security: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems against abusive use (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Information sent to us by minors under the age of 14 shall be understood to have been sent with the consent of their legal guardians. If that is not the case, the minor's legal guardian must inform us as soon as they become aware of it.
For how long will we keep your data?
- The data in your enquiry is kept for as long as needed to deal with it and, if a commercial relationship arises from it, for as long as that relationship lasts and for the periods required by tax and commercial law. If no commercial relationship comes about, the data is deleted once the exchange has ended.
- Data used to send commercial communications is kept until you withdraw your consent.
- Technical connection data is kept for a short period, no longer than is essential for the security purposes described above.
To which parties will your data be disclosed?
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where a legal obligation requires it.
The only third party that may access it is our web hosting provider, OVH, which acts as a data processor and only to the extent necessary to provide us with the service, under a contract requiring it to process the data on our instructions and to guarantee its confidentiality.
Do we carry out international data transfers?
No. Your data is hosted on servers located in the European Union and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Do we use cookies?
No. This website installs no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. You can find the details in our cookie policy.
How have we obtained your data?
The data we process always comes from the data subject. You warrant that the data provided is accurate and undertake to notify us of any change to it.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
- To obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data, and to access it.
- To request the rectification of inaccurate data.
- To request its erasure where, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- To request the restriction of its processing, in which case we will retain it only for the establishment or defence of legal claims.
- To object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- To request the portability of your data.
- To withdraw at any time the consent you have given, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
- To lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), particularly if you consider that your rights have not been properly satisfied.
How can you exercise your rights?
By sending us a written request, together with a copy of a document proving your identity, to the postal or email address given in the legal notice of this website. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
What security measures do we employ?
We apply the technical and organisational measures set out in Article 32 GDPR, appropriate to the risk of the processing, in order to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of our systems. These include:
- Encryption of communications with the website by means of HTTPS.
- Access control, limited to those who need to know the data.
- Regular backups.
- Measures protecting the form against automated and abusive submissions.
